Dr. Henk Mooiweer Executive Vice President
Henk Mooiweer holds a doctorate in organic chemistry. In his 25-year career at Shell, he managed multiple complex business and innovation opportunities. At Shell GameChanger, he took disruptive, high impact innovations to implementation. Henk is an adjunct professor at Rice University, teaching invention and innovation.
Megan Parks Executive Vice President
Megan Parks is an entrepreneur focused on soil health, regenerative agriculture, and climate change. Previously, she worked for nearly two decades on environmental issues in the energy industry. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering.
Lauren Miller Vice President of Landowner Relations
Lauren Miller is an experienced entrepreneur, having started and led a venture-funded company serving many industries, including energy, agriculture, and retail. Prior to her MBA, she led economic development programs around the world promoting sustainable growth. Lauren was listed on the 2015 Forbes "30 Under 30" in the energy category.
Amelia Moncayo-Reyes Marketing Intern
Amelia Moncayo-Reyes is a sophomore attending Rice University. In addition to working towards her Civil Engineering undergraduate degree, Amelia acts as a sustainability leader on campus by serving as her residential College's Eco-Representative.
